The purpose of processing personal date is to fulfill tasks in the public interest assigned to us by law (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR), in particular Art. 2 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act, in this case our GRK2243 Symposium.
Our service providers, in particular for support with IT services and facility management, may be the recipients of your personal data within the framework of contracts for data processing and subject to our instructions. We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the specified purpose of processing. After the necessity has ceased to exist, we delete personal data unless they are to be handed over to the archives of the university or state.
Your rights:
You have the right to request from us access and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you as well as to object to processing.
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time this processing of your personal data.
You have right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority like the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection, Wagmüllerstraße 18, 80538 Munich, Germany.
